  • This information is never shared with external AI or LLM providers.

Important: We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

  • Transparency: All your email rules are visible within the app under Settings > Email Preferences

  • Flexibility: You can add, edit, or delete rules at any time to decide how your emails are processed.

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers who help us operate Peggy (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, email delivery). These partners are contractually required to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

6. Children’s Data & Parental Consent

  • Adult Accounts Only: Peggy’s services are designed for adult users (18+). Children cannot create accounts or use Peggy directly.

  • Parent-Provided Data: Any information about children (such as name, school, grade, teacher, or activities) must be provided by a verified parent or guardian who links and authorizes their account.

  • Parental Control: Parents control what child-related information is shared with Peggy.

  • Parental Rights: Parents or guardians may request to view or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting support@peggyapp.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable privacy laws.
